Orders and Shipping

Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse will
process your order within 2 business days. It is then picked, packed, and
dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification
containing your tracking information,  you can use that information to get an estimated
delivery date from a courier website.

 

Please note that the standard delivery time of 5 to 7 business
days is estimated, and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local
holidays, and any other external factors such as extreme weather conditions.

Go to ‘My Account’ sign in page, and on the right side of the page, enter your email address. You will receive a temporary password you can use to log in to your newly created account. Don’t forget to change that password after your first log in.

 

Please note that we do not share or sell personally identifiable information that we collect through our website.

If you’ve created an Account on our website, before placing your order, you may log in to your account using and change your Shipping Address there. However, if you checked out as a guest, you can email us, and we will do it for you. 

As a registered user, you can sign in to your account, and your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status and tracking information. If you are not a registered user, or you registered after your order was placed, and your order is not showing up in your account, you can always send us an email to enquire.

We don’t keep any payment information in our system. Nor does any of our employees have access to such information.

We have a 30-days return policy. 

Please email us right away, we will resolve the problem as fast as possible.

Please refuse the delivery if you notice the box is severely damaged. If the package has been already delivered, notify us right away.

We will provide you with RMA number and return address after your return has been approved.

Yes, we highly advise our customers to pre-order items that are not in stock. This will put you on the waiting list and the item will be allocated to you within the first shipment, thus reducing lead time.
