Generally, orders are shipped within two business days. However, if the product is on back-order, it may take up to five to seven business days before it is dispatched.
If something doesn’t work, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
You can change your address, or any other account information by clicking on “My Account” located at the bottom of the homepage. This will bring you to an account login page. Please fill out the fields then click “Log In.” This will take you to your account menu. You will then view your account information. You can change any of the information listed. When you are done, click Save to Continue.
To track the status of your order, you can check your account or refer to the status notification emails that we provide for every change, including order confirmation, back-order, and shipping confirmation.
Contact us immediately about the error. In some cases we can change the shipping address even after the order was shipped.
We offer standard free shipping on U.S. orders over $1,500.00 when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. * Sales tax are excluded from the subtotal for purposes of this offer.
Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.
