Modest in size and flush mounting, the W180 is a discreet wall speaker. The unique 6-position Tri-Grip fixing system is not only easy to install but also offers a superior fit, compared to conventional clamping systems. The W180 grille is finished in neutral off-white but also able to be painted in your choice of color. A magnetically attached, the removable grille is also included.
Using an 8″ (203mm) bass cone, the W180 is ideal for use in larger rooms and at higher volume levels. Larger coned speakers like these are also ideal for higher ceilings, where the sound has further to travel.
Using Monitor Audio’s famed C-CAM gold treble unit, the W180 offers genuine hi-fi sound quality from a convenient design. The C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium) tweeter has an extended frequency response that stretches to 25 kHz. The treble unit also pivots, giving precise treble directionality.
